Al Makassed Hospital

Al Makassed Islamic Charitable Hospital Society, one of the oldest and largest hospitals in Jerusalem, is in urgent need of our support this Ramadan. The hospital is the primary referral center for the Palestinian Ministry of Health and serves as the only hospital in Palestine capable of handling complicated medical cases. With 350 beds and 80 ICU beds, including 16 pediatric beds, Al Makassed is overwhelmed and facing an unimaginable shortfall. Despite the challenging circumstances, the medical frontline teams are constantly treating injuries from Israeli aggression in Gaza, West Bank, and Jerusalem. Masjid Al Falaah has already invested heavily in the hospital's pediatric unit over the past three years, purchasing life-saving equipment, paying for urgent surgeries, and creating a waiting area for families. However, the hospital still needs urgent support.
